The Kingdom of Grace by C.O. Rosenius was written as a triumph of grace over the works of the law. It began by the Spirit indwelling and seeks others to believe by the workings of the Holy Spirit.

"Christs Kingdom, a kingdom of forgiveness", Rosenius was a master of applying the gospel to burdened sinners. Readers who struggle with peace will find that they too, can be transformed from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light.

This high-gloss paperback has 256 pages. a brief description of the Swedish Evangelist. It speaks of God's Kingdom of forgiveness. If you felt your faith waver, the first chapter deliberately points to forgiveness and the second to faith, then you can find out what Rosenius has to say about that.

In an era of therapeutic Christianity, his treatment of the resurrection and everlasting life recovers the eternal weight that modern preaching often loses. The Ancient Conflict; or the prodigal Son's Brother" is a rare angle—addressing the self-righteous older brother. This is the piece that stops readers in their tracks.

The closing chapter (Zachariah 9:12) lands the whole book: even those who feel they've lost everything are addressed as prisoners of hope—still under God's sovereign mercy.

Rosenius is the "Luther of Sweden "He was one of the widely heard preachers of his day and described as being of "extraordinary importance for the low-church evangelical revival not only in Sweden but also in the other Nordic countries". Yet he remains largely unknown in American Christian publishing.

Rosenius was actually living Christianity, not just a mere notion. He was instrumental, as a lay person in the Northern countries awakening in the Laestadian awakening movement. Glimpse of the Kingdom of Grace is a complete gospel journey in one volume.

Rosenius' preaching on Christ's righteousness versus works' righteousness was so powerful that a bishop who came specifically to challenge him ended up  studying Luther at Rosenius' influence.
